Alicia R. Selman

to the firm's Real Estate + Development Group

Alicia Selman focuses her practice on a broad range of real estate transactional and land use matters. Her clients include businesses of all sizes, developers, builders, lenders, and organizations. She represents sellers, purchasers, lenders and borrowers, helping them with the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of various types of real estate transactions and financings.

Alicia brings to the firm her experience assisting tenants, owners, and developers with the leasing of commercial, office, retail, and industrial spaces, helping them to navigate the legal issues at every stage of the deal until the final execution of a lease, including drafting and negotiating letters of intent, lease agreements, subleases, and lease amendments. She also advises clients on local zoning and other local and state land use regulations and reviewing environmental risk documentation in the context of transactions.

Alicia is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law, and holds a B.A. in American Studies and Philosophy from Wheelock College. Prior to joining Robinson+Cole, she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Howard Speicher, Justice of the Land Court Department of the Trial Court of Massachusetts, and was an intern in the General Counsel’s Office of the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency.
