As we expand our electronic delivery options, we need to make sure you can receive and read documents electronically through a process called "Test Drive".
As a reminder, beginning April 29, when you log-in to SmartConnect online banking and click the eDocuments tab, you will be prompted to complete the Test Drive. Whether you have accessed eDocuments previously, or if this is the first time, you will be required to complete the Test Drive.
How to Complete Your Test Drive
Log-in to SmartConnect online banking
Click the eDocuments tab
Enter the verification code “Ursmart” in the field above the document
Then, click the “Verify Code” button.
From there, you will be directed to your own eDocuments menu screen, where you can immediately begin to view your available statements and notices.
